From idea to doorstep
Four steps, and we keep you posted at each one.
1. Tell us the idea
Send your concept, event date, and quantities. Rough ideas are fine.
2. We mock it up
You get a proof or sample plan with firm pricing before anything is made.
3. We make it
Poured, engraved, or assembled by hand — usually within 5-10 business days.
4. Delivered or styled
Shipped to you, ready for pickup, or set up on site for events.
Questions we get a lot
We recommend booking arches and bouquets at least 6-8 weeks before your date, especially for weekends between May and September. Last-minute requests are worth asking about — we can sometimes fit them in.
Yes. Send us your file (vector formats like SVG, AI, or EPS work best, but we can often work from a high-resolution PNG) and we will confirm whether it will engrave cleanly at your chosen size.
Most custom pieces are ready within 5-10 business days after you approve the proof. Large volume favor orders and multi-piece event packages may take longer, and we will tell you upfront.
Yes. Delivery, on-site styling, and collection are included in rental pricing within our standard service area around Mississauga and the GTA. Travel outside that area is quoted separately.
We do. Pricing improves at higher guest counts. Send us your headcount and we will put together a quote.
We ship candles, engraved products, and favors across Canada. Rentals are local only, since we deliver and collect them ourselves.
